Great location in Javea at walking distance from the sea (Cala Blanca beach at only 820 meters), to several superb coastal routes, three restaurants, a local supermarket… In Tosalet, the most prestigious development in Javea. Yet being close to the busy beach El Arenal, the location is very calm at night.

This holiday home boasts a private 4 x 11 meters pool, with 5 deck chairs, some parasols and a charcoal barbecue. Garden furniture and plenty of parking space since the villa was a former restaurant. However, you won’t need to drive around if you don’t want to. You will have a supermarket and restaurant in front of the villa.

 One storey vacation house surrounded by sunny terraces and a backyard garden. The holiday villa has a kitchen equipped with two portable electric hobs (you can also cook on the outside), huge fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric plancha, dishwasher…

Villa GotadeMar sleeps either 3 couples with up to 4 children or 2 couples with up to 6 children.

This holiday home has 4 double beds with 180×200 cm high density visco mattresses. There are 4 sofa-beds in the living room and in the suite.

Beds layout:

1. Red bedroom: one king size bed and a folding bed.
2. Blue bedroom: one king size bed.
3. Suite bedroom: this one is by the pool, with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom has an attached open suite with a double sofa bed. This one can be converted into a communal bedroom for up to 5 people (ideally, big children or teenagers) . A third folding bed can be fit here.
4. South facing bedroom: one king size bed and one sofa-bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom is at the back street level (with exit through an sliding door.

Besides the three bathrooms, there is one toilet by the living room.

Sitting space for up to 18 people in the dining room. You can transform the dining room into a private dance hall setting the tables aside, with the disco lighting.

Villa GotadeMar is at walking distance from Cala Blanca beach (820 meters), a supermarket with takeaway, a couple of restaurants, the bus stop to downtown, to the Port or to Arenal beach, a pharmacy…

From the pool there is a beautiful view to San Antonio Cape and its lighthouse. Perfect for teenagers since they can go, by foot, to Arenal beach leisure area.The holiday home has air conditioning splits (cold/heat) in all bedrooms and in the living room. Free WiFi and Astra satellite TV.

The plot is fully fenced to stop small children and pets from going out.

It also has a enclosed garaje for a small car, trailer, surfboards… and a secure parking space for a camper or motorhome. Open private parking space for 7 cars.

Private transfers can be arranged from Alicante airport and back with Beniconnect and with a local taxi driver at preferential rates (Prices 2020: Alicante airport: 110-140€, Valencia airport: 130-160€, max. 4 persons).
